All calculations are based on user-submitted entries. Human error, rounding, and input mistakes can affect the outcome. This tool does not replace your official PTO record.

How to Use This PTO Estimator

1. Open Eaglesoft.
2. Go to the Time Clock area and select your name.
3. Click Reports and set the date range from January 1 to today.
4. Find your Total Hours Worked in that report.
5. Look at your Holiday, Vacation, and Sick time totals.
6. Enter those values into the fields in the form below.
7. Select your Anniversary Month and enter your Years Employed.

The form will estimate how much PTO you've earned this year and subtract any PTO already used.
